Hospital management platform

One system for the whole hospital, from the front desk to the ward.

HealAt runs a clinic or small hospital end to end: registration, OPD, emergency, pharmacy, lab, theatres, inpatient wards and billing. Each role signs in to its own screen and sees only what it needs.

  • ABHA and ABDM ready

Who it serves

A home screen for every role, with the day's work on it

Nobody learns the whole system. The front desk sees today's queue, the doctor sees their patients, the pharmacist sees what is waiting to be dispensed.

Front desk

Register, book, queue, collect

  • Registration with live duplicate check and ABHA linking
  • Appointments and walk-in tokens with a printable slip
  • Waiting-room display with tokens only, no names
  • Billing counter: cash, UPI or card, with change and receipt
Doctor

A consultation in minutes

  • Complaint, vitals with out-of-range flags, autosaving note
  • One-tap ICD-10 diagnoses and specialty templates
  • Prescription over the formulary with allergy warnings
  • Lab, X-ray, ultrasound and CT orders with reports on the visit
Emergency

Triage first, paperwork later

  • ED board: most urgent and longest waiting first
  • Register with as little as sex and an approximate age
  • Triage and re-triage against each target
  • Disposition: discharge, refer, or admit straight to a bed
Nurse

The ward at a glance

  • Ward board with NEWS2 scores and overdue observations
  • Medication round that checks the wristband before a dose
  • Fluid balance, falls and pressure-sore assessments
  • Nursing notes and the care plan on each chart
Pharmacist

Dispense safely, stock sensibly

  • Dispensing with earliest-expiry-first batches
  • Expired, expiring and low-stock views
  • Purchase orders that fill from reorder levels in one tap
  • Controlled-drug register that checks itself against stock
Laboratory

Order to validated report

  • Collect with wristband check and sample numbers
  • Results flagged against the patient's range as you type
  • Validation by a second person
  • Critical values stay on top until acknowledged
Operating theatre

Every case, every checkpoint

  • Day list per theatre and WHO Surgical Safety Checklist
  • Anaesthesia record and operative note
  • Implants by serial number charged to the bill
  • Recovery with the Aldrete score; CSSD tracks instrument sets
Admissions

Beds, transfers, discharge

  • Admit on a picture of the ward, free beds only
  • Planned admissions reserve a bed and take a deposit
  • Discharge held until billing clears it
  • Printable discharge summary in the patient's language
Owner

Where the money and the time go

  • Collections, payment modes and a 7-day trend
  • OPD waits, lab turnaround and bed turnaround per doctor and ward
  • Limits you set; anything over them turns red at the top
  • Aggregates only, never a patient's details

Built for India

The details an Indian hospital cannot do without

Compliance is not a module bolted on. ABHA, Hindi printouts, UPI at the counter and the Schedule H1 register are part of the everyday screens.

ABHA and ABDM
Create or link an ABHA at registration. Share finished consultations, lab reports and discharges to the patient's ABHA with their consent.
English and Hindi
Every staff screen in both. Prescriptions, bills, lab reports and discharge summaries print in the patient's language.
UPI, cash and card
Collect at the counter with change calculation. Patients can request a UPI QR for their final bill from their phone.
GST and credit notes
Bills are corrected with credit notes and refunds, never edited. Day-close with a cash count and variance.
Schedule H1, X and narcotics
A printable controlled-drug register that reconciles itself against stock by batch.
DPDP consent
Consent records on every patient, WhatsApp and SMS messaging the patient can withdraw, caregiver access they grant themselves.
WhatsApp and SMS
Appointment reminders, tokens and documents in Hindi or English through registered templates.
Claims and TPA
Claim packs assembled from the chart, packages and advance deposits for planned admissions.

Safety and trust

Designed so a mistake is caught, and a record is never quietly changed

Each hospital in its own locked room

Every query runs under PostgreSQL row-level security for that hospital. Cross-hospital access is tested on every change.

A tamper-evident audit log

Every read and write of patient data is logged in a chained log the hospital can verify itself, including every refused action and why.

The wristband is the check

Giving a dose, collecting a sample or wheeling a patient into theatre needs the UHID scanned from the wristband, by phone camera or a hardware scanner.

Corrections, never edits

A signed consultation takes addenda or is marked entered in error. Dispensed medicines are returned, stock is written off with a reason, bills are credited.

Nothing left on a shared phone

The app installs on ward phones, but patient data is never stored on the device. Only the app shell is cached.

Two people on every lab result

Results are validated by a second person before they reach the doctor, and partial reports expose only validated tests.

On the ward

Runs on the phone already in the nurse's pocket

No tablets to buy. HealAt installs from the browser on Android and iPhone, opens full screen with its own icon, and starts even without a connection.

  • Observations entered at the bedside, NEWS2 scored on the spot, escalation shown immediately.
  • Wristband barcodes scanned with the phone camera, no extra hardware.
  • New releases offered with an "Update now" prompt, never a reload under someone mid-task.
  • A separate patient app lets patients book, see released reports and bills, and pay by UPI.

Pilot programme

Run HealAt at your hospital as a design partner

We work with clinics and hospitals of 20 to 100 beds. A pilot brings your own services, tariffs, formulary and staff into the system, with our team on site for go-live.

  1. Walk-throughA one-hour session with your front desk, a doctor and the pharmacist, on your own patient flow.
  2. SetupYour services, prices, doctors' hours, wards, formulary and lab ranges loaded from the sheets you already keep.
  3. Go-live with hypercareOur team on the floor for the first days, then a named contact for the first two weeks.

We reply within two working days. Or find us at healat.in.
